Dr. Baines and her team are amazing. I’ve had struggles with vertigo related to my TMJ dysfunction most of my life. They have helped me immensely! There is no other place around the area that has the knowledge, expertise, and technology regarding TMJ issues. Plus, everyone is friendly. If it’s for TMJ problems or general dentistry. This is the place.
Today was more of a consultation day with Mary and Dr. Baines for a TMJ problem I’ve been experiencing. They were very knowledgeable about the pain I was experiencing and provided me with all options available to help. Top-notch edge on all the procedures available to me! Dr. Baines is pleasant, knowledgeable and a skilled dentist. The technology in the office is impressive, along with the dentist/staffs knowledge on how to use it. My appointments run on time, the staff is friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. (Which says a lot about their employer.) They address any concerns or questions I may have and follow up. Comfort is a priority! My family and I have had exceptional dental care over the years at Baines Dental Wellness.
I was well pleased with my cleaning and checkup today at Baines Dental. Having self-quarantined and been very cautious during this pandemic, I was not without reservations. I need not have worried as they exercised the same attention to COVID precautions as they consistently provide with all aspects of their normal dental care. Way to go!

We had our first visit today for my 9 year old son and I was just blown away with how amazing the experience was!! We didn’t even have to wait in a waiting room, we were taken back right away and got started immediately!! I was given so much information and educated on so much that my mind was just blown! How is he 9 years old and I didn’t know any of the information that Natalie explained to me! I’m so excited to find such a knowledgeable and caring dental office! I highly recommend Baines Dental!!
Baines Dental Wellness and it’s terrific people running the show are an asset to Springfield and surrounding communities. Dr. Baines and her team are wonderful! She cut my 16 month old’s lip tie and it went very well. The procedure was quick and healed well, and Dr. Baines provided a lot of expertise. I’d highly recommend her!
